What is this place about?

This site has been setup for use by small to medium sized groups, teams, organizations etc that want an easy solution of having a web forum but without the hassle of having hosting, domain name and time setting a forum up.

If you choose to have a presence here what we can offer you is to have a private section that only your group can see and post in or you can have it public for all to view, or even part public and part private.
You will also have a committee/admin/moderators section that is only private for them to view.
You will also have your own user group that is moderated  by your own group including adding members to your member group.

The main thing is to make it simple for you to get started and to help set you up with a forum within theclubhouse.net.nz forum.

So for a small yearly fee you can be a part of this site, if this interests you then email admin@theclubhouse.net.nz

If you wish to have your own stand alone forum and domain name then this is also possible.
We can setup and get you up and running to take the hard work and hassle out for you.
This would be hosted on theclubhouse.net.nz server.
For this service there would be an annual fee for the forum, the domain name and a maintenance fee with regular database backups.

The clubhouse.net.nz is a forum where you can setup your own forum within the main forum.

This forum is designed for small to med sized groups, organizations, teams, clubs etc that do not want the hassle of setting up there own forum and hosting option.

For a small yearly fee we can offer you a part of theclubhouse.net.nz

Your Board will be your part of the forum and under your control by your own Moderator/s.
Your board can be either open to the public or private to your own members... You choose.

Ir you are interested in setting up residence please email admin@theclubhouse.net.nz and we can get the ball running.

This is a PRIVATE area within the board that only the groups designated Moderators, Admin or Committee members can see and post in so they can discuss stuff that there general members do not need to know.

There is also another section that All the separate groups, clubs and organizations Moderators, Admin or Committees have access to so they can discuss the whole theclubhouse.net.nz forum. Get help with how to do things and to make suggestion for the site.

We can offer extra board for your group for different subjects like events, FAQ's etc.

This can also be public or private.

As you can see there are 3 parts to this board.
We can supply up to 4 boards within your part of the forum that can be public for all to view or private for your own members to view and post in.
Your board will be moderated by your own Admin or committee members to add members to your group, moderate posts etc.
You can also make your own rules within your section of the board as long as it is private. If it is public then you will have to abide by the rules of theclubhouse.net.nz.
